Land of Lights FAQs

Land of Lights Festival is taking place at three locations. You can choose from Milton Keynes, Warrington or Rother Valley in Yorkshire. Visit our location pages for Rotherham, Milton Keynes and Warrington. 

Yes, parking spaces are available at Gulliver's World Warrington, Gulliver's Valley Rotherham and Gulliver's Land Milton Keynes, it's completely free to park at all locations! 

No. For the safety and comfort of all guests, pull/push trolleys are not permitted. You may return to your car as often as you wish.

Land of Lights is an immersive lantern trail that's perfect for people of all ages.

Yes, a range of fabulous food and drinks will be available on the trail. 

No, the Land of Lights Lantern Festival is a stand alone special event.

You may be able to change your Land of Lights visit date (no less than 24h in advance of your original visit), subject to availability and fees. Go to the 'book tickets' link on the website and select 'reschedule my visit'. Tickets are non-refundable, however you may pass on your tickets to friends or family if you find you are unable to attend. 

Yes, if the day you arrive has not sold out, you can purchase tickets at the gate. You'll always get a better price when you pre-book 2 days or more in advance.

This will largely depend upon your own walking pace. You may choose to spend time observing additional entertainments along the route, or to enjoy some seasonal drinks and snacks.

You can typically expect to spend approximately 90 minutes leisurely strolling the 1 mile trail, immersing amidst the atmosphere and snapping those insta-worthy selfies.

At Milton Keynes, the whole route is on firm ground and mostly flat with only some very slight inclines. Accessible toilets are available along the route.

At Warrington, the route is on firm ground and mostly flat with only some very slight inclines. Accessible toilets are available along the route.

At Rotherham, the route is on firm ground and mostly flat with only some very slight inclines. Accessible toilets are available along the route.

Land of Lights Lantern Festival is a stand alone special event and therefore not included in Gulliver's Annual Passport perks.
